Head of Aquatics (2 position available)
Qualified applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a position on our admin team:
- National Lifeguard Service Certified (NLS)
- 18 years of age by December 31st
- 3 years guarding experience
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week from September 1st to October 31st.
- 1- 2 years proven leadership skills in an aquatics environment
- Lifesaving Society Aquatics Supervisor Training certificate is considered an asset but not required
- Available full-time from May 8th - October 31st preferred. Applicants who are only able to work part-time through the fall are still encouraged to apply.

Senior Lifeguard (3 positions available)
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a position on our aquatics team:
- National Lifeguard Service Certified (NLS)
- 2- 3 years experience
- Must be available for part-time work through the fall (September 1st - October 31st). Applicants who are not available through the fall will not be considered at this time.

Junior Lifeguard (3 positions available)
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a position on our aquatics team:
- National Lifeguard Service Certified (NLS)
- 16 years of age
- At least 6 months experience lifeguarding or teaching lessons.
- Must be available for part-time work through the fall (September 1st - October 31st). Applicants who are not available through the fall will not be considered at this time.

Swim Instructor (2 positions available)
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a position on our instructor team:
- 15 years of age
- No previous experience is required
- Swim for Life or YMCA instructor certificate

Dining Room Server/Banquet Catering Server
- Previous comparable wait service experience preferred.
- Serve Right or other provincial equivalent preferred.
- Greets and acknowledges members and guests.
- Is knowledgeable about all club menus (Dining Room, Wine List, Cocktail List)
- Is competent in Bottled Wine service
- Learns members’ names and their special preferences.
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends, especially through club ‘high season’ June-Sept 30th
- Able to lift 40lbs/18kg.
- Must be 19 yrs of age (legal age for alcohol service)
- Reports directly to Food and Beverage Manager
Dining Room Server’s Aid (Bussperson)
- Assists Servers in daily open set-up, service, and closing tasks.
- Serves water as members and guests are seated.
- Is confident and able to converse with members and their guests.
- Communicates needs to specific server on timely basis during service.
- Assists in carrying plates, trays, to tables.
- Removes soiled dishes and glassware from tables; brings to appropriate washing area.
- Able to lift 40lbs/18kg.
- Must be 18 yrs of age (legal age for removal of alcohol)
- Reports directly to Food and Beverage Manager
Dishwasher
- Responsible for general cleanliness of the main kitchen dish area and other Food and Beverage kitchen prep areas. Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware and glassware.
- Washes all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to applicable food safety and other codes and regulations.
- Polishes all silverware, platters and chafing dishes. Collects trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage cans and washes and re-lines with new bags; breaks down boxes, crates and removes debris.
- Reports directly to Chef.
Outlet/Canteen Attendant
- Some food preparation and/or food service experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Deep fryer operation preferred but will train.
- Must be available for day and/or early evening service May-September 15th.
- Organizes/Opens and Closes outlet.
- Provides informal and fast-food services.
- Maintain cleanliness, re-stocks supplies, notifies Chef when low and in need of ordering.
- Suggests menu additions based on member and guest requests.
- Able to process payments, and keep paperwork organized
- Able to lift 40lbs/18kg.
- Reports directly to Chef and Food and Beverage Manager
Tender Operator
- Responsible for tendering members to their boats in the mooring field
- Monitoring the boathouse; and,
- Setting members up with watercrafts being rented.
- Includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Landscaping
- Responsible for the maintenance of Club grounds.
- Typical duties include mowing, edging, seeding, trimming.
- Experience using a zero-turn lawn mower considered an asset.
Cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse, Bloomingdale Annex, and all bathrooms, seating areas, and garbage’s on property.
- Experience driving or using a Club Car considered an asset.
- Includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
